Yulo wins two bronze medals in Japan
Carlos Yulo won two bronze medals in the All-Japan Gymnastics Championship held at the Takasaki Arena on Sunday, according to a report by GMA News.
The Olympic-bound gymnast landed at the third spot of the vault and floor exercises categories.
Twenty-year old Yulo shared some of the highlights of his recent competition on Instagram.

He settled for third in the floor exercises behind Kazuki Minami and Ryosuke Doi. In the vault event, Hidenobu Yonekura and Keisuke Asato won the first and second place, respectively.
Yulo is one of the Filipino athletes bound for the Tokyo Olympics in 2021. Other Tokyo-bound national athletes include pole vaulter EJ Obiena, and boxers Eumir Marcial and Irish Magno.
