BTS wins 'Album of the Year' at Golden Disc Awards

BTS did not only have a jaw-dropping performance at the 35th Golden Disc Awards on Sunday, they also won their fourth "Album of the Year", according to a report by GMA News.

The Grammy Award nominee Korean boy group performed some of their hits including "Black Swan," "ON," "Life Goes On," and a slow jam remix of "Dynamite."

Aside from winning the hearts of the viewers, BTS also set a new record at the awards show winning "Album of the Year" for four years in a row.

According to Soompi, the award is another addition to their Digital Daesangs from the Golden Disc Awards, o which they now have a total of five. This makes them the first artist in history to reach this milestone.

Soompi said BTS also took home a Bonsang in the digital song and album divisions and the Curapox Golden Disc Most Popular Artist Award.
