Security Bank closes branches on People Power anniversary
All branches of Security Bank Corporation (Security Bank) across the country will be closed on Thursday (Feb. 25) in line with the observance of the EDSA People Power Revolution anniversary, according to a report by Philippine News Agency.
In an advisory Wednesday, the bank asked its clients to call Customer Service hotline at (02) 8887-91-88 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for any inquiry or assistance.
It also advised its clients to visit the bank’s Facebook page for similar concerns.
“You may also visit Security Bank’s Facebook account or email the following: Credit Cards - firstname.lastname@example.org (and for) other bank-related concerns at email@example.com,” it added.
People Power Revolution, which is also known as EDSA Revolution, is a four-day demonstration in cities around the country, but mostly along the Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA) that toppled the Marcos government in 1986.
