Tondo bettor bags P210-M Grand Lotto jackpot
A bettor from Tondo, Manila, has won the P210-million jackpot of Grand Lotto 6/55 on Monday night, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office announced.
The bettor got the winning combination of 02-04-06-08-24-01, which netted him the total jackpot prize of P210,795,849.60
The winning ticket was purchased at a stall in Manuguit, Tondo, Manila, the PCSO said.
The PCSO said 132 bettors will receive P12,050 each for correctly guessing five digits of the six-digit winning combination.
The government will automatically get 20 percent in tax from the jackpot, or P42,039,169.92, in accordance with the TRAIN Law.
To claim the jackpot prize, the lucky bettor must go to the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City and present two IDs.
