Las Piñas holds interoperability exercise
The Las Piñas city government conducted a two-day interoperability exercise to enhance the ability of the members of Las Pinas City’s Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (LPCDRRMO) in responding to emergency cases or calamities, according to a report by Manila Bulletin.
Mayor Imelda Aguilar said the interoperability exercise was held at the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta on May 26 and 27.
Aguilar said the LPCDRRMO members were joined by teams from Las Piñas police and the Bureau of Fire Protection.
She said the interoperability exercise was conducted to ensure that members of the LPCDRRMO will always be prepared to respond to any emergency situations like earthquake, fires, vehicular accidents, and flooding.
