Mayor Mel Aguilar and Vice Mayor April Aguilar were the guests of honor yesterday (23 July) at the groundbreaking ceremony of Christ the King Medical Center's new hospital building, Unihealth Las Piñas located on Real Street, Barangay Pamplona Uno.

The building that will soon be constructed is an extension of the existing Christ the King Medical Center. It is one of the tertiary hospitals in Las Piñas. Accessible hospital care is one of the priorities of the city government's Tuluy-tuloy na Serbisyo program.

With Mayor Mel Aguilar and Vice Mayor April Aguilar during the groundbreaking ceremony were the key officials of the hospital led by Dr. Carmelo Domingo, Dr. Leonila Trinidad, Engrs. Bueno Castillo, Victorino Trinidad, Geronimo David, and Generoso Palarisan.
