PCSO offers free rides to frontliners

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) offers free rides to health personnel and other frontliners  battling coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Metro Manila.

The free rides will be used by doctors, nurses, hospital personnel, and other frontliners.

On March 17, Pres. Duterte placed the entire Luzon under enhanced community quarantine in a bid to contain the spread of COVID-19. Because of this, mass transportation was paralyzed.

Royina Marzan-Garma, PCSO general manager, said they deployed their PCSO bus to support health and frontline workers.

Garma, lauded the frontliners for courageously fighting the dreaded COVID-19 and putting their own lives at risk for the sake of others.
