In the report on State of the Nation, with the vaccine roll out community quarantine protocols can be relaxed a bit and later lifted said Vaccine Czar Carlito Galvez Jr.

He said that President Rodrigo Duterte had expressed that he wants 2 million COVID-19 doses on standby so vaccination will go on continuously.
Duterte said on Sunday evening that it is possible that the situation will go back to normal by 2023 even with the arrival of the vaccine.
After the vaccinations in referral hospitals on Monday, the same will be done in other hospitals in the coming days.
