Most parts of the archipelago will experience isolated rain showers on Tuesday, the weather bureau said in  a report by Philippine News Agency.

In its 8 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) also forecast isolated light rains over the Batanes and Babuyan Islands due to the northeast monsoon affecting extreme Northern Luzon.
