Enderun Colleges is proud to announce its two newest professional undergraduate degree programs which are Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. As the new player in the education ecosystem of the country, Enderun focuses on its adopted mission of leadership in the highly selected industries in which it truly believes the College can make a difference. After several years of planning and development, the College of Architecture and Design (CAD) will open its doors to its pioneer students in August 2020.

The College of Architecture and Design has brought together some of the brightest minds and preeminent figures in architecture and interior design to form the Advisory Board, namely Architect Felino “Jun” Palafox, Architect Gelo Mañosa, Architect Jojo Tolentino and Interior Designer Chat Fores. Their primary role is to advise Enderun on strategic developments and key evolutionary trends in global architecture and design, so that the curricula stay industry-relevant and future-driven. They also commit to mentorship and guest lectures, as well as open up internship and job placement opportunities to students.

Serving as Chairman of CAD’s Advisory Board is Architect and Urban Planner Jun Palafox. He is distinguished as one of Forbes Asia Magazine’s 48 Heroes of Philanthropy in Asia. He is also recognized as the awardee of 2017 Top Outstanding Filipinos by JCI Senate, and recipient of the 2019 Most Outstanding Professional of the Year in the Field of Environmental Planning by the Professional Regulatory Commission.

With his combined experience of 48 years in architecture and 46 years in urban planning, his firm Palafox Associates was cited as the first Filipino architectural firm to be included in the World’s Top 500 Architectural firms of the World Architecture Magazine where he bagged the distinction of being the only Southeast Asian firm in the Top 100 in 2006.

Enderun’s degree programs in architecture and interior design equip students with solid technical abilities, relevant knowledge in sustainability and technology, creative skills, and practical application that the industry demands while strengthening their communication, critical thinking and management skills so they turn out to be entrepreneurial, competitive, and visionary practitioners.

From the words of Enderun Colleges’ President Ed Rodriguez, “The new College’s strategic focus, and commitment, is on sustainable cities and spaces for the 21st century, emphasizing the creation of value, green and socially relevant architecture, and innovative design that meet the new global standards as well as enable critically in-demand urban and regional planning to move forward.” Rodriguez adds, “No industry leader is better experienced, nationally and globally, and ready to lead this ambitious and relevant mission for the new College than Architect Palafox, who will guide its continued development and the impact-oriented delivery of its new programs as Chair of the Advisory Board.”

Enderun’s College of Architecture and Design is currently accepting student applications for the school year 2020-21. A range of merit scholarships and financial aid is available to qualified senior high school graduates.
