5 LTFRB employees contract Covid-19

Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board Chairman Atty. Martin Delgra III on announced the temporary closure of the LTFRB Central Office from July 13 to 17, 2020.

This came after five LTFRB employees tested positive for COVID-19 in RT-PCR swab tests conducted by the Philippine Red Cross and the Philippine Coast Guard.

Delgra said the temporary closure would allow disinfection to be conducted at the Central Office on East Avenue, Quezon City.

The LTFRB said its services will still continue, and advised the public to transact with the government agency online.

Transactions may also be conducted via the LTFRB-National Capital Region's Public Transport Online Processing System (PTOPS).
