Mayor's Permit pahirapan ang pagkuha!
I don’t recommend people to open businesses in Quezon City for the mere fact that to acquire a simple Mayor’s Permit, one has to shed blood, sweat and tears. Why can you not publish a clear and precise list of requirements on how to acquire the Mayor’s Permit and make this and only this list of requirements be needed to acquire one! Why do people have to spend eight hours to present the requirements that was asked from them and then sent home to get more requirements? Why? Why? Why? For crying out loud, Philippines, move forward!
