Videoke should be forbidden in residential areas, PERIOD. Our neighbor has been videoke-ing nonstop since 8am, louder now at 7pm. My 2-year-old can’t sleep and has been babbling “ingay!”. With your ordinance, do you mean my kid has to stay up until 10pm before she can sleep??
