The Antipolo City government is again accepting walk-ins in at least three vaccination centers in the city after the turnout of those who were scheduled for vaccination has been low for the past few days, according to a report by Manila Bulletin.

In a post on her Facebook page, Mayor Andrea Bautista Ynares announced that residents or workers who have not yet received a text confirmation about the date, time, and venue of their vaccination may opt to get the jab even without a confirmed vaccination schedule at the Our Lady of Peace School gymnasium beside the Antipolo Cathedral; Waltermart Mall located at Circumferential Road; or at the third floor of iMall shopping mall, on September 2, 2021.

Ynares is also reminding the walk-ins not to go to the vaccination centers too early to avoid violating the existing health protocols.

Priority will still be given to those who have received a text confirmation from Antipolo Vaccine Operation Center; medical frontliners (A1); senior citizens (A2); and adults with co-morbidities (A3); and those who have not received a text confirmation but whose name appears on the list that appears on the Facebook page of Mayor Ynares or the city government.

Scheduled for vaccination on September 2, 2021 are the following,

A to F –

G to L –

M to R –

R to Z –

Ynares said walk-ins should see to it that they have registered at before proceeding to the vaccination site.

The city government has tapped a telecommunications company in sending text messages to the intended vaccine recipients.

The city government had earlier temporarily disallowed walk-ins in August following the overcrowding of vaccine recipients in one of the vaccination sites in Antipolo City on August 5.
