Caloocan City released the list of residents who are qualified for the second tranche of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s (DSWD) Social Amelioration Program, Mayor Oca Malapitan said in a report by Manila Bulletin.

Malapitan said, the list was already handed by the city’s social welfare to the officials of each barangay in the city.

The mayor added that about 59,127 beneficiaries, who were previously waitlisted, should expect a message from financial service provider Starpay regarding the update of the status of their cash assistance.
