Caloocan distributes face masks
Caloocan City Mayor Oscar Malapitan led the distribution of face masks to personnel of the city government assigned in the field to ensure that they will be given protection from the Taal Volcano ash fall.
As early as 7 a.m. yesterday, Mayor Oca personally talked to local traffic enforcers, personnel of the department of public service and other employees assigned in the field and asked them to perform their duties and responsibilities in serving the citizens of Caloocan affected by ash fal.
“Hindi natin hahayaan ang kalusugan ng kahit sino na masasakripisyo sa mga panahon na ganito, Mag-ingat tayong lahat,” Mayor Oca told the city employee.
