USAID turns over 'mobile bakuna' to Caloocan

Ginanap ngayong Miyerkules sa New City Hall ang turn-over ceremony ng Mobile Jeepney Bakuna, COVID-19 testing and vaccination medical supplies, at IT equipment na mula sa USAID's ReachHealth Project.

Bilang kinatawan ni Mayor Oca Malapitan, sinabi ni City Administrator Engr. Oliver Hernandez na ang Mobile Jeepney Bakuna na mayroong Mobile Vaccination Team ay makatutulong para sa patuloy na pagbabakuna sa mga mamamayan, partikular na sa mga bedridden senior citizens at maging ng general pediatric population.

Gayundin ang maitutulong ng mga medical supply para sa libreng COVID-19 testing na patuloy na isinasagawa ng lokal na pamahalaan.

"Ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Caloocan, sa pangunguna ni Mayor Oca Malapitan ay taos-pusong nagpapasalamat sa USAID's ReachHealth Project para sa kanilang walang sawang pagsuporta sa Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Caloocan para sa laban kontra COVID-19," aniya.

Kasama rin sa ceremonial turn-over ceremony sina Dr. Laurentiu Stan, COP, USAID ReachHealth, City Healy Officer Dra. Evelyn Cuevas, Command Center Head Atty. Sikini Labastilla at City Vaccination Coordinator Dra. Rachel Basa.
